Vehicle trouble on I-95?

Call us, tell us where you are, and we will talk through whether we can help and where it would be safe to do so.

Safety first

If your vehicle is overheating, losing power, smoking, or the brakes are not working normally, do not keep driving it. If you are stopped on or beside a roadway, your safety comes before the repair. Get yourself and passengers to a safe place away from traffic. In an emergency, call 911.

What we can and cannot do

  • We can talk through your symptoms and whether a mobile visit looks realistic.
  • We can assess availability and a safe service location, such as a parking lot where repairs are allowed.
  • For repairs that cannot be handled where the vehicle sits, we can discuss the private service facility, which is by appointment only.
  • We do not tow, and we do not promise highway-shoulder repair, immediate arrival, or same-day service.

When you call

Have these ready so we can help faster:

  • Your exact location, with nearby landmarks or the nearest town
  • Whether you are somewhere safe and out of traffic
  • Year, make, and model, and what the vehicle is doing
  • Whether the vehicle will start, and any warning lights
  • A phone number where we can reach you

Calls accepted 8 a.m.–7 p.m. daily (Eastern time). These are the hours we accept calls. They are not a guarantee of dispatch or appointment availability.

Towns we get requests from

The I-95 corridor passes through the area we work in. Our home market is St. Pauls, and we also take requests from Lumberton, Fayetteville, and Hope Mills. Contact us to confirm service coverage and availability.

Thinking ahead of a trip?

A maintenance check before a long drive is easier than a breakdown during one. Buying a vehicle for the trip? A pre-purchase inspection can help.

Questions

Do you tow vehicles?

No. We do not offer towing.

Can you repair my vehicle on the highway shoulder?

We do not promise shoulder repairs. Shoulders are dangerous places to work, and we will not ask you to stay in an unsafe spot.

How fast can you get to me?

We cannot promise arrival times. Call, tell us where you are, and we will tell you honestly what is possible.

Vehicle trouble? Call first.

Tell us what is happening and where the vehicle is. We will talk through whether a mobile visit or the appointment-only facility makes sense.

Calls accepted 8 a.m.–7 p.m. daily (Eastern time). English & Spanish assistance available.
