What it is
The private service facility is where we handle repairs that need more time, more equipment, or a vehicle that has to stay in place. It is not a retail garage, it does not take walk-ins, and its address is not published.
When it makes sense
- Repairs that need a lift, a stable surface, or specialized equipment
- Jobs that take longer than a mobile visit allows
- Vehicles that cannot be worked on safely at their current location
- Wheel-bearing, suspension, and other work that depends on the vehicle and the job
How an appointment works
- Call us or request service and tell us about the vehicle.
- We assess whether the job suits a mobile visit or the facility.
- If the facility is the right fit, we arrange an appointment and share the address with you.
A service request does not confirm an appointment. Appointments are confirmed with you directly.

No. The facility is by appointment only.
